The Hard Hat Heroes I feature on Impossible Repairs, are my heroes in real life! Growing up my heroes weren’t Superman and Spidey… they were THESE guys.  As a kid I loved watching documentaries on extreme machines, wondering how I could meet the type of characters featured on those shows; construction workers building a massive icebreaker, a captain in charge of an aircraft carrier, a locomotive driver traversing dangerous tracks.  Impossible Repairs is me sharing my heroes with viewers, telling their stories and showing you how cool these people are. They often put themselves in harm’s way, accomplishing big goals, overseeing projects and machines worth hundreds of millions, or even billions of dollars. Tunnel Boring Machine managers, submarine captains, NASA pilots, Coast Guard captains, and so many more.  For Impossible Repairs ‘I’m going back in’ to personally share the stories of my hard hat heroes in a new and exciting way.
